The Digital Learner - are we ready?

Interesting video about the Digital Learner (the "Voice of the Active Learner") - is it a thing to come or already here - if so are schools ready?  Could be worth sharing with staff.......

Any thoughts?

    This was discussed at at workshop I attended at last years Ulearn. We are on a journey.
